   We will implement appropriate organizational, physical, human, and technical safety management measures to ensure the safe management of retained personal data, as indicated in items 10 through 13.

2. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

   To provide matching services, we will provide the personal information (name and e-mail address) we have obtained to interpreter guides and service users on the digital platform operated by our company.

   In any of the following cases, personal information may be provided to a third party without the consent of the person in question.

   1. When required by law
   2. When necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and difficult to obtain the individual's consent
   3. When indispensable to improve public health or promote the sound upbringing of children and difficult to obtain the individual's consent
   4. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government or their commissioned parties in executing the matters stipulated by law and regulations, and obtaining the individual's consent may hinder the execution of such matters.

3. Entrusting the Handling of Personal Information

   When entrusting the handling of personal information to our subcontractors, we will appropriately select, instruct, and supervise them to manage the personal information adequately in the same manner as we do.

4. Voluntary Nature of Providing Personal Information

   Providing personal information is voluntary, but please be aware that if necessary information is not provided, we may be unable to fulfill your requests.

5. Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, etc.

   The purposes of using personal information in our possession are indicated in items 10 through 13 of "1. Purpose of Using Personal Information."
   Concerning personal data in our possession, we will accept requests from individuals for disclosure, notification of the purpose of use, correction, addition, or deletion of personal information that is contrary to the facts, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure, etc.")
   For specific procedures regarding requests for Disclosure, etc. of personal information, please contact us using the contact information stated in "Contact for Inquiries Regarding Personal Information" below. We will then send you a "Request Form for Disclosure, etc." necessary for the procedure, so please fill in the required items in the form and return it.
   Please send a copy of your passport or driver's license with the request form. (If your passport or driver's license bears your legal domicile, please black it out.)
   We will verify your identity based on the personal information we hold. (In the case of an inquiry from your representative, we will confirm their identity with a power of attorney and a seal registration certificate.)
   Please be advised that we will charge a handling fee of 500 yen per request for disclosure or notification of the purpose of use among these requests.
   For your request regarding personal information entrusted by our clients, we will notify them and then respond to you.
